April was born and raised in Catonsville, Maryland. She has always been an animal lover and when she was young, she used to bring home hurt or lost animals, much to her mother’s dismay! When she was older, she began fostering kittens for the Baltimore Humane Society and hopes to continue doing that in the future.

Prior to joining what was Patapsco Valley Veterinary Hospital, she worked for many years in large healthcare companies and private doctor’s offices as a Credentialing Specialist.

April’s favorite hobby is reading and she sprinkles in a little cartoon tv with her two adopted cats, Tucker and Puffy. She enjoys traveling to places like Las Vegas and Myrtle Beach with her boyfriend and her family. She has two adopted cats, Tucker and Puffy.
