Dr. Wolfe graduated from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2020 in the top ten percent of her class. She quickly gained an excellent reputation working for a large and busy animal hospital in Anne Arundel County. Her background is both robust and diverse, as she works on traditional small animals (dogs and cats) in addition to exotic animals such as birds, reptiles, and small mammals such as rats, hamsters, and guinea pigs! Dr. Wolfe is also fear-free certified and is committed to providing her patients and clients with the best possible veterinary care experience.
During veterinary school Dr. Wolfe took an active leadership role, and was the Vice President and cofounder of the Radiology Club, the lab coordinator for the Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Club, the Lab Coordinator of the Exotic Animals Club, and a member of the Pathology Club.
Dr. Wolfe is the Medical Director and first Partner vet at HomeVets. She has helped shape the direction of the practice and has allowed us to expand our services and provide better care to our patients.
Having grown up in Severna Park, Maryland, Dr. Wolfe has a love for all that Maryland has to offer, especially the Chesapeake Bay and Maryland Blue Crabs! She now lives in Elkridge, Maryland with her husband, Tom, and their two dogs (Sundae and River), their cat named Beau, and Peaches, their hognose snake. In her free time Dr. Wolfe enjoys hiking, baking, and ceramics.
