Anna co-founded HomeVets together with her husband, Dr. Budge in the midst of the Covid pandemic in 2020. She is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for Clients, Patients, and HomeVets’ staff, with an emphasis on high quality medicine and work-life balance.
Prior to co-founding HomeVets, Anna worked in the non-profit public policy sector on issues including Animal Welfare and Early Childhood Education. She has worked on successful legislative efforts on behalf of animals at both the federal and state level, and has testified before the Maryland General Assembly. She has a master’s degree from American University in Washington D.C. and currently is honored to serve on the board of directors for the MDSPCA.
In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her beautiful son and terrific husband, playing with her family’s multitude of dogs, reading, writing, and gardening.
