Megan began her veterinary career at just 19 years old as a kennel assistant in Annapolis, Maryland. While she entered the field without formal training, her love of animals and eagerness to learn quickly opened the door to new opportunities. Over the next 14 years, Megan cross-trained as a veterinary technician and client service representative before becoming a kennel manager. Her versatility eventually made her one of only three team members who could confidently step into any position in the hospital.
In addition to her extensive veterinary experience, Megan has provided pet-sitting services for more than 10 years, giving her an even deeper appreciation for the individual personalities and needs of the pets in her care.
When she’s not working with animals, Megan enjoys spending time with her daughter and extended family, listening to music, gaming, and keeping up with her own lively household—which includes two dogs and three cats.
